Oshun Griot is the first infertility wellness app rooted in the experiences, voices, and healing of people of color.
Infertility is real in our communities — but we’re too often erased from the conversation.
Left out of the research. Ignored in the room. Forgotten in the follow-up.
At Oshun Griot, we know infertility isn’t just medical — it’s emotional, cultural, and deeply personal.
We created this space because we needed more than statistics.
We needed care. Ritual. Rest. Language that feels like home.
Why We Exist
Too many of us have navigated infertility alone — silently grieving, advocating, and surviving in systems not built for us.
We’ve been strong because we had to be. But we shouldn’t have to carry this without support.
Oshun Griot exists to change that.
To name what hurts.
To hold what heals.
To center the fertility journeys of Black, Brown, Asian, Indigenous, and multiracial people with care, dignity, and intention.
What We Believe
We believe our stories are sacred.
We believe softness is strength.
We believe culturally rooted care is not optional — it’s essential.

Why We’re Called Oshun Griot
Our name honors two sacred traditions:
Oshun, the Yoruba orisha of fertility, love, and sweet waters
The griot, the West African storyteller and keeper of communal memory
Together, they reflect our mission: to protect our stories, reclaim our voices, and make room for healing.
A Note From Our Founder
“After IVF, endometriosis, and two C-sections, I searched for care that reflected my reality. I couldn’t find it. So I built the space I needed — one where people of color navigating infertility can feel seen, supported, and sacred.”
